Weeks Family Fencing & Gutters in Pensacola, FL, assures the original purchaser that the installation of gutters and downspouts will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the purchaser, provided that the products are installed and maintained in accordance with the WFF&G guidelines. 

If a defect arises during the purchaser's lifetime, WFF&G will opt to either repair or replace the defective product. 

This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, typical deterioration over time, or acts of nature. 

The warranty will be rendered void if the purchaser or any other individual or entity undertakes work on the system without prior written consent from WFF&G. If a defect is related solely to materials, the purchaser will be covered by the manufacturer warranty, which is governed by the terms and conditions of that warranty. 

• To initiate a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must notify WFF&G in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. 
• Proof of purchase (original invoice and customer name) will be necessary, and the defective product must be subject to inspection by us.

This warranty is non-transferable and is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser. It constitutes the sole warranty provided by Weeks Family Fencing & Gutters and supersedes all other warranties, whether written or verbal, express or implied, for a particular purpose.
