Additionally, gate closures and locking mechanisms come with a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship under normal conditions. However, we do not offer a warranty for the materials, as most are backed by their own manufacturer's warranty when installed properly.

The Proper Functioning of Gates and Gate Hardware, with Appropriate Use, for the First Year

This covers issues such as sagging gates, defects in hardware, and the proper functioning of hardware.
Warranty Claims—must be reported as soon as any defect is noticed, as it may lead to more serious problems if not addressed promptly.
Any warranty claim must be submitted within 2 years of the completion of the work by Weeks Family Fencing & Gutters.
In the rare event that a claim needs to be filed, please email us at Weeksfamilyfencingandgutters.com, including a brief description of the issue(s) and at least (3) photos of the affected area.

After reviewing your warranty claim, we will evaluate your concern and provide a solution or response within 48 business hours. If the issue is not covered by our warranty or workmanship but requires attention, Weeks Family Fencing & Gutters will offer you a proposal after assessing the situation.
